But you can also have fun by playing games (related to hockey) there. There is one in where you must shoot at the chosen spot or to defeat an goaltender and also there is a game in which you are the goaltender and you try stop the players shooting.Ahhhh!!! I almost forget it Liliana get lost in the Hockey Hall of Fame jajajaja... but she is so smart that she could return to the residence alone XD... but she missed ROM Muajajajajajajajajajaja.
Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls are massive waterfalls on the Niagara River, straddling the international border separating the Canadian province of Ontario and the U.S. state of New York. Niagara Falls is far more than a natural phenomenon. A world-class destination with something for everyone.
We took a ride called The Maid of the Mist to take a tour around the waterfalls at a closer distance, the view was awesome it was so high and big than I though and everybody get sweat.
There were too many stores to visit but there were some particular store such as the Record Guinness one and Ripley Believe it or Not, those were my favorite one. We also went to visit the Skylon Tower which looks very similar to the CN Tower but smaller, the Skylon Tower is the best place in Niagara Falls to contemplate the city and the falls.
CN Tower
Defining the Toronto skyline, the CN Tower is Canada's most recognizable and celebrated icon. it is Canada’s National Tower, One of the World's Tallest Building, an important telecommunications hub, and the meeting point of tourism in Toronto. martes, 29 de julio de 2008

Royal Ontario Museum (ROM)
The Royal Ontario Museum, commonly known as the ROM, is a major museum for world culture and natural history in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It has notable collections of dinosaurs, Near Eastern and African art, East Asian art, European history, and Canadian history. We began at the Asian Art spot, we saw different kind of artifact as statues, specially the one that look like a soldier; jars, paintings and ancient books where we could observed the ancient chinese, korean and japanese writings.

The ROM has an wide collection of dinosaur skeletons that includes the largest dinosaur in Canada, the Barosaurus. But there's not only dinosaur but also examples of early mammals skeletons; as well as those of early birds, reptile and marine animals.

But the ROM also contain an very complete variety of artifacts that belongs to different countries and periods.
For example:
In the Africa gallery I observed artifacts such as agricultural implements, jewelry, cosmetics, funerary furnishings and more. I even saw an mummy case with the mummy inside.

One of the most strange gallery in the museum, is the Patricia Harris Gallery of Costumes and Textiles in which includes a broad range of garments and fabrics, including examples from the Chinese imperial court, 18th century European fashions.

Canada's Wonderland
Canada's Wonderland (often referred to locally as Wonderland) is a 330-acre (1.3 km²) the theme park located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. It is considered one of North America's premier amusement parks, with more than 200 attractions. We arrived to Wonderland early in the morning at 9:30 am.
Inmediately we arrive we form the line to get in, after get in we form the line to get in the roller coaster, The Flying Deck. Flight Deck is a steel inverted roller coaster.
This mega coaster simulates flight with at high speeds , exhilarating 90-degree vertical climbs, barrel rolls, inverted wing loopovers, a 270-degree after burn and a complete snap roll over. Riders take flight in a fully open cockpit suspended beneath the coaster's steel track as the sky races below.
Then we went to the Vortex, the Vortex is a suspended roller coaster, which enables it to swing under the track like Big Bad Wolf at Busch Gardens Europe it was awesome XD......
After a break we went to Thunder Run, that coaster was special, it was the fearest one but it was original. The ride start at the one side of the Wonder Mountain. Then it get into a dark tunnel running in zig zag in the darkness , at the end of the tunnel one can see a dragon.
You will get wet on this ride as a matter of fact you will probably get soaked. One of only two wet rides that remains outside of Splash Works. One of the few rides that I would never ridden, but I did O.o. Like most flume rides Timberwolf also has a bridge that guest can stand on and get soaked as the boat plunges into the water after the drop.
At last on Drop Tower, I sat on a high-speed transport lift . At the top of the tower, guests have but moments to take in the panoramic view of the Park before it registers that what goes up must come down. Free falling at more than 100km/h. My heart end up in my mouth.viernes, 18 de julio de 2008
Toronto Zoo
The Toronto Zoo is a zoo located in the north eastern part of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Toronto Zoo is the third largest in the world. It is divided into six zoogeographic regions: Indo-Malaya, Africa, the Americas, Australasia, Eurasia and the Canadian Domain. We arrive at 12:00 am inmediately we started the trip visiting the Indo-Malayan pavilion, that was a very peculiar pavilion, it looks like a forest, it was plenty of flowers and several species of butterflies.
In the Indo-Malayan Pavilion we saw several rare species like the Great IndianRhino, the Lion-tailed Macaque, the malayan tapir.
In the Africa Savanna we observed some many big animals like the African elephant, African lion, Masai Giraffe, Warthog.
But when we arrive to the Canadian Domain something ocurred to the animals because they were absent and we get frustated.
We also saw kangaroos and emus inside the cage without benches XD..... At the end of the trip I went to the safari simulator that was so funny also XD....
We learn so much about animals and how vulnerable they are, and the effort of the zoo to protect and preserve endangered species.
